RHI Biomass Boiler Special

  

Plant Room with vertical Silo, superior grade galvanized steel. 

Compact in design the verticle configured plant room silo comes in two sizes depending on heat demand. Access is via special steel locking double doors, fitted with louvers for ventilation. The construction is bolted around a number of round galvinised sections mounted on four exterior legs, all assembled and delivered to site as one unit, including interior lighting and optional fire proofing and insulation. On top is a self breathing cone with Storz refilling  and vent pipes of which streatch down to an accessable point 1.5m from the ground. The silo centre section has an access hatch and viewing window and on the bottom is a 45 degree centre discharge cone with approximatly 2.3m to 2.4m clerance from the ground. Side skirts finish off the silo providing a completely secure and enclosed plant room with protruding extension to accommodate the Janfire System Jet biomass wood pellet boiler of your choice.

Note: All fixing is by stainless steel bolts, nuts and rubber backed washers, Galfan superior grade galvanized steel contains 95% zinc and 5% aluminium thus giving it better formability and Corrosion Resistance. Minimum recommended size off concrete base is 9ft x 9ft x 9 inches deep and if requiring mesh reinforcing approx. 60mm from base bottom. Silo Bin capacity calculated at 640kgs/m3.
