When and how long it happens to have –20°C?
Your Biotech heating plant recognizes the draught ratio of your chimney and adjusts the working parameter in compliance with it. Researches on use of draft regulator have proven that by considering the exact draught of the chimney it is possible to save up to 10% of heating fuel.
With our intelligent combustion technology we achieve a very high degree of efficiency.
Above all in part load mode – the operating mode that is used most frequently. Due to optimal utilization of the energy contained in the pellets there is a significant reduction in heating costs.

1) Self-cleaning boiler:
We achieve utmost convenience through the self-cleaning heat exchanger. No manual shaking or scrubbing of the boiler. This is done by the Biotech pellet appliance itself on a daily basis. The built-in boiler cleaning mechanism switches on automatically, depending on the pellet filling times, and cleans the heat exchanger of the ash residue that has accumulated on the boiler walls.
2) Automatic ash compaction:
You only need to empty the ashtray once or twice each heating season due to the integrated ash compaction. About 4,000 kg pellets can be burnt in our appliances before the ashtray needs to be emptied.
3) Remote control and outdoor temperature regulation:
You set the desired heating times and let the advanced technology work for you. That’s all that you will have to do. Even for appliances with bigger capacities, your activity is limited to clearing the ash twice or thrice.
Our heating appliances have a broad capacity range and enable a modular operation.
That means that our pellet appliance can adapt itself to the exact heating requirement in your house.
In more detail: during the heating period, the outside temperatures range from plus 15 degrees Celsius to minus 18 degree Celsius or even colder than that.
Whilst, for example, oil burning heating systems can only adapt themselves to a particular outside temperature by frequently switching on and off or with a very limited number of capacity levels, the Biotech pellet heating releases its energy infinitely variably.
This leads to:
• a lower incidence of starting the system
• an increased efficiency grade
• a reduction in electricity consumption and
• a long life of the appliance.

Safety
We have taken utmost care to address this issue.
The question “can there be any burn back? “Does not have to be asked for our system in the first place.
Biotech pellet systems are completely safe regarding burn backs.
Why?
The flow of the pellets to the burner from the pellet storage is completely segregated twice.
The first instance occurs during the drop between the burner and the pellet feed from the container.
The second instant occurs in the “Vacu-Trans“ system between the pellet heating appliance and the pellet storage tank.
Thus we do not need to block the flow of the pellets with a cellular wheel feeder or similar systems. There is no continuous flow of pellets in the first place
