Nuergy's policy is to provide service support within easy reach of your locality, NUERGY's "energytec" network of pellet partners are typically a local fuel supplier and a number of locally qualified heating engineers, working in partnership with one other, all are technically trained in Calimax products with the intent of delivering a high standard of product service.
