The Integral has been designed with a typical UK dwelling in mind, designed for modern living space quick and easy, to install and service.

Dimensioned for installation into a utility room.
The average house is getting smaller and space is becoming more scarse, the integral boiler has a small foot print and fits perfectly into an average size house, ideally fitting into a large cupboard or a utility room and connecting to an externally positioned pellet store of 3 tonne capacity or dimensioned and custom made to your requirments.


Working in Perfect Harmony.
The Janfire Pellets Burner and Boiler work in perfect harmony with one and other. Efficiency is in excess of 90% providing heat up to 80 degrees centegrade through, firstly an internal onboard water tank and secondly from an internal coil for extracting domestic hot water. The boiler has eight vertical fire tubes which effectively cool down the flue gases transferring heat into the water jacket. The fire tubes are also equipped with turbulators ensuring the boiler is automatically kept clean of soot while maintain a high performance output.


Easy Cleaning and Maintenance
For service the boiler is equipped with a large door, when opened the burner remains in position allowing for simple service tasks to be carried out while performing annual inspection and maintenance. As the ash storage area is dimensioned to accomodate at least 6 months of soot and ash cleanning is generally required only twice per year based on consuming 6 tonnes of pellets per annum.

Optional Features
Should you require a automatic ash cleaning system, the system facilitates a continious cleaning function removing ash and soot from the base of the boiler.Facilities for two back up electrical emersion heaters are also optional, capacity's 3kw, 6kw and 9kw.
